When Making A Reservation

• 2 NIGHTS MINIMUM FOR ALL RESERVATIONS

• 3 NIGHTS MINIMUM ON RESERVATIONS DURING USA HOLIDAYS AND PALM SPRINGS AREA EVENTS.

• All reservations require one-night deposit and stays of 29 days or more require seven (7) nights advance deposit.

• Rates are based up to two occupants per bedroom. Additional room guests are subject to a surcharge based on availability

• No reservations are confirmed until your advance deposit is confirmed by us.

• Specific room choices not guaranteed at arrival but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

• City of Palm Springs Lodging Tax is 12.50% on bookings less than 28 days

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in on day of arrival is between 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, unless other arrangements are made

• Check-out on day of departure is before 11:00 AM

• Check-Out after 11:00 AM will incur extended occupancy charges

• Arrivals after 5:00 PM, Kindly notify us in advance with a reasonable arrival time

Cancellation Agreement 

• All cancellation and advanced deposit refund requests must be received by our office not less than FIVE (5) DAYS before arrival and  no later than 3 PM Los Angeles local time on the day of cancellation.

• Stays of 29 days or longer, cancellation and advanced deposit refund requests must be received by our office not less than TWENTY-ONE (21) DAYS before arrival and no later than 3 PM Los Angeles local time on the day of cancellation.

• Special Events cancellation are based on the written agreement. Please review your documents
